WHAT ARE CLOUT JACKS?

The evil Dr. Osorio is obsessed with two things: the spirit of Halloween and taking over the world. Every Halloween season he ventures into the pumpkin patch with a new plan to breathe life into pumpkins. The doctor's goal is to build a cult-like following of loyal jack-o-lanterns - a massive army of "Jacks" committed to earning "Clout" through their violent acts of misguided valor - all in support of him and his plan for world domination!
